Three days with Demir, Carey, 5 Lifehack Method coaches, and 50 fellow Lifehackers. Find your clarity, connect with your people, and leave with the momentum to make the year ahead the one you actually wanted.

The Lifehack Method conference isn't a hustle agenda or a stage-and-stadium production. It's three days of working sessions and real conversation with the people building leveraged lives alongside you.
Last year's retreat sold out fast. This year we're opening 50 seats total.
The hours that change your year don't happen at a desk. They happen at the dinner, on the walk, in the room with people who get it.

Trilith is a 235-acre town intentionally designed and funded by Chick-fil-A chairman Dan Cathy, planned by award-winning urbanist Lew Oliver, and modeled after the best European villages. Built deliberately as a gathering place for artists, storytellers, and makers.
It sits 30 minutes south of Atlanta, right next to one of the largest film studios in the world. Marvel filmed Avengers: Endgame, Black Panther, Spider-Man: No Way Home, and WandaVision next door. The town itself was designed around the idea that creative people deserve a place that lets them think.
For three days in November, that includes you.

Trilith was designed to gather artists, storytellers, and makers. Adjacent to Trilith Studios, the largest film and TV production facility outside Hollywood. 32 soundstages. Most of the Marvel Cinematic Universe filmed across them.
Everything within a 10-minute walk. 19 landscaped parks. 54 acres of forest. The largest geothermal-powered community in the United States. A different kind of weekend.
Direct flights from most of the US into Atlanta, then a short drive or shuttle south. No convention center sprawl. Just the town and the work.
This is a workshop and a vacation from your daily grind. We're creating the vibes, the space, and the rare uninterrupted hours to finally do the strategic work you've been putting off. The kind of planning where you actually ask what you want for the next chapter of your life. No distractions. No noise. Just you, the strategy, and the people who get it.
The full Win the Year workshop, in person, with Demir walking you through your 2027 annual plan. You leave with a real document, not a vague intention.
A full day dedicated to designing the next chapter of your life. Visioning, prioritization, and the quiet work of figuring out what actually matters next.
Small-group working sessions where you bring your real bottlenecks — career, business, family, energy — and leave with a path through them.
Hands-on training with our latest AI prompts for planning your year, quarter, and week. The exact ones we use ourselves to map our chapters 3× faster, refined for late 2026.
Dedicated one-on-one time with the 5 coaches in attendance, plus Demir and Carey. Bring your hardest questions. Leave with real answers.
Long group walks. Slow dinners. Unprogrammed time to touch grass and let the strategy settle in. Plus a few incredibly fun surprise activities up our sleeve. (Goat yoga, anyone?)
Calm pacing, real work, room to breathe.
Breakfast quick bites, then a full working session with Demir or Carey. The most important strategy work of the day, while you're sharpest.
Lunch together, then small-group breakouts and 1:1 time with the coaches. Long walks. The occasional surprise (goat yoga, anyone?). Time to think.
Group shuttle to dinner. Long tables, no agenda, the conversations you can't have on Zoom. The reason most people come back.
The reason people fly in from four continents isn't the agenda. It's the room. People doing real work, holding each other to a higher standard, for three days in person.
Your hosts. WSJ bestselling authors of Winning the Week. They built this method on themselves first, and they're in every session — not on a stage from a distance.
The coaching team that runs Win the Week, Boost Mode, and the Catalyst lane — in person, available for 1:1 breakouts and small-group work.
Last year's room flew in from Australia, Europe, Curaçao, and South America. 6- and 7-figure business owners. C-suite execs. Lawyers. Managers. Rising professional superstars. People who've already built their 4-hour workweek. By Tuesday's lunch, you'll know them by name.
Quotes from attendees of the 2025 retreat at Serenbe.
The Lifehack Retreat was AMAZING. I got even more out of it than I originally hoped for. The biggest part for me was getting clarity on the previous chapters of my life, and the one I'm now entering. This week has been so powerful for that. And then we did the Annual Pre-Planning process, which really solidified all of that clarity into place. And meeting all of these great people is so inspiring! It's a great community. We had so much fun together!

The Lifehack Retreat has been life changing. I knew it was going to be impactful, and challenging, and deep work… but boy, I didn't realize it was going to be such a big thing for my life — both for my business and in general. I'm really grateful that I was able to come interact with Lifehackers in person, because it has been MAGIC!

This retreat has been transformational. For me and every single person that's been here. It got us out of our normal day-to-day thinking and into a space where we can think about what we truly want from our lives. It's reignited passions in so many of us. So many tears from everyone here — happy tears and transformational tears. Carey and Demir and their entire team are just amazing. They are caring, giving, and are working with each of our individual cases while also facilitating an awesome group experience.

The conference is structured to be all-in once you land. We've handled the day-to-day so you can focus on the work and the people.
A few things to plan for separately, so you can budget honestly.

Hi friend,
If you're still reading, some part of you is already saying yes. So here's the honest version of why we're hoping you do.
The 50 people who come to Trilith in November will spend three days together that they remember for years. We've watched it happen. The strategy work is real, and it lands. But the bigger thing is what happens in the in-between. The dinner conversation that changes how you think about your year. The walk where you accidentally figure out what your next chapter actually looks like. The random hour with another Lifehacker that turns into a five-year friendship.
We can't promise you'll get all of that. We can promise we've designed every hour of these three days to make it more likely.
You don't need another productivity hack. You need a few days, the right room, and permission to ask what you actually want next.
If you've been on the fence: come.
We'd love to have you in Trilith.

Three days in Trilith with the people who get it. Strategy that holds up after you leave. A room that becomes the most important professional community you've ever sat in.
